Mr. Sherman is a Vice President of Artemis responsible for supporting the hospitality acquisitions and asset management activities of Artemis. Mr. Sherman joined Artemis/Great Falls Advisors in June 2021 and is based in metropolitan Washington, DC. Mr. Sherman is an employee of Great Falls Advisors.

Prior to joining Artemis/GFA, Mr. Sherman was the Director of Asset Management at TBC Hotels/The Bernstein Companies, where he was responsible for portfolio asset management, project management, acquisitions & development, and portfolio analytics. Prior to TBC, Mr. Sherman worked for Hersha Hospitality Trust as an asset management analyst.

Mr. Sherman received his BS in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate and a concentration in Hotel Leadership from Cornell University.
