Mr. Cohen is a Vice President responsible for supporting the acquisition and asset management activities of Artemis. Mr. Cohen is focused on the acquisition as well as the asset management of the firm’s Healthcare investments. Mr. Cohen joined Artemis in November 2022 and is based in Atlanta, GA.

Previously, Mr. Cohen worked at the Bulfinch Companies on the Investments team where he was focused on the acquisition, development and asset management of all property types in the greater Boston region with a concentration on Life Science, Medical Office and Office assets. Prior to Bulfinch Mr. Cohen worked on the Investment Sales team at HFF in New York City.

Mr. Cohen earned a BA in Economics from Bucknell University.
