Ms. Thickman is a Vice President responsible for healthcare asset management with a focus on seniors housing. Ms. Thickman joined Artemis/Great Falls Advisors in May 2024 and is based in metropolitan Washington, DC. Ms. Thickman is an employee of Great Falls Advisors.

Prior to joining Artemis/GFA, Ms. Thickman was employed by Communicare Health Services for 12 years, and held a variety of leadership positions including Executive Vice President, and Division Vice President, where she managed all aspects of operations for multiple senior living properties across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Over her career, Ms. Thickman has held numerous roles in the senior living industry, including Executive Director, and Regional Director of Operations for a SNF portfolio. Ms. Thickman earned her BA from the University of Maryland College Park. She is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Maryland and Virginia.
