Ms. Kartsonis is a Senior Vice President responsible for supporting the acquisition and asset management activities of Artemis. Ms. Kartsonis is focused on both stabilized and opportunistic projects as well as the asset management of the firm’s investments. Ms. Kartsonis is based in metropolitan Washington, DC.

Previously, Ms. Kartsonis was a Principal on Blackstone’s real estate acquisitions team in New York City. Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Kartsonis was a Vice President at Angelo Gordon, covering the New York region and focusing on acquisitions and asset management. Prior to her time in New York City, Ms. Kartsonis worked at ASB Real Estate Investments in Bethesda, MD on acquisitions and asset management.

Ms. Kartsonis earned a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
