Ms. Bennett is a Vice President responsible for healthcare asset management with a focus on seniors housing. Ms. Bennett joined Artemis/Great Falls Advisors in February 2023 and is based in metropolitan Washington, D.C. Ms. Bennett is an employee of Great Falls Advisors.

Prior to joining Artemis/GFA, Ms. Bennett spent five years overseeing a diverse Seniors Housing Operating Portfolio (“SHOP”) as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management for a health-centric real estate investment firm. She transitioned to real estate after 25 years in healthcare operations. Ms. Bennett started her career in home health before joining Emeritus Senior Living.

Over her career, she has held numerous roles in seniors housing, ranging from Executive Director of an assisted living community to Vice President of asset management for a regional operating company. Ms. Bennett earned her BS in Psychology/Biology from the College of William and Mary.
