Ms. Lefebvre is a Managing Director of Artemis and Counsel of CRE Legal Advisors. Ms. Lefebvre joined Artemis/CRE Legal Advisors in July 2018 and is based in metropolitan Washington, DC.

Prior to joining Artemis/CRE Legal, Ms. Lefebvre was a senior associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she advised real estate lenders, property owners, developers and investors on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She counseled clients on sales and acquisitions, equity investments and joint venture arrangements, development of mixed-use, retail, office, hotel and multifamily properties, and finance transactions.

Ms. Lefebvre received her BA from Emory University and JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Lefebvre worked at the Children’s Defense Fund.
