Ms. Murphy is a Vice President focused on the acquisition and asset management of equity and debt opportunities across all property types through Artemis’ core, core plus, value add and healthcare funds. Ms. Murphy joined Artemis in January 2018 and is based in New York City.

Previously, Ms. Murphy worked at CBRE on the New York Investment Properties team, where she was focused on the underwriting, marketing and sale of office properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Ms. Murphy earned a BA in Economics and a BA in Visual Arts, from Brown University.
