Ms. Edosomwan-Whitt is a Senior Vice President of Artemis and Counsel of CRE Legal Advisors. Ms. Edosomwan-Whitt joined Artemis/CRE Legal Advisors in July 2021 and is based in metropolitan Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Artemis/CRE Legal, Ms. Edosomwan-Whitt was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, and previously, Arnold Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. While in private practice, Ms. Edosomwan-Whitt primarily represented bank and nonbank lenders in real estate finance transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine loan originations, complex construction financings, loan purchases and sales, workouts and restructurings.

Ms. Edosomwan-Whitt earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and JD, magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis.
