Ms. Tapiero is a Vice President responsible for healthcare asset management with a focus on seniors housing. Ms. Tapiero joined Artemis/Great Falls Advisors in July 2025 and is based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Tapiero is an employee of Great Falls Advisors.

Prior to joining Artemis/GFA, Ms. Tapiero spent 12 years overseeing a diverse Seniors Housing Operating Portfolio (“SHOP”) as Vice President of Portfolio Management for NorthStar Healthcare Income. She transitioned to healthcare real estate after 6 years managing office/retail assets.

Ms. Tapiero earned her BA in History from the University of Georgia.
