William Begley is a Senior Vice President responsible for acquisitions and investment management. Mr. Begley joined the Firm in 2025 and is based in Washington DC.

Prior to joining Artemis, Mr. Begley was a Principal at Bain Capital, where he led residential investment efforts across multiple strategies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Begley was an Associate at Ares Management where he focused on acquisitions across all real estate sectors. He began his career in the Investment Bank at Goldman Sachs.

William earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance with honors and distinction from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
